Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  3. Form 1 - Springer_Author Affiliation Form.docx ---> All authors must complete this form.

  4. Form 2 - Springer_Publishing Agreement Form for ISUDEF 23.docx ---> This Form is required for conference publishing; only the corresponding author will sign this form. But, the corresponding author must fill in each co-authors' details (Name, Affiliation, ORCID Number etc). Finally fill in his/her own details (name and title of the chapter in the form).
  5. Form 3 - SARES_Copyright Declaration Letter for ISUDEF 23.docx ---> This form is needed for copyright declaration; only the corresponding author will complete this form.
  6. Form 4 - SARES_Publication Acceptance Letter for ISUDEF 23.docx ---> All co-authors will fill in and sign this document for accepting the publication.
  7. Form 5 - Springer_Permission Request Form for Figures and Drawings.docx ---> Permission Request Form is required if the study has any excerpt material inside. We'd like you to fill in this form for all 3rd party excerpt if you have used any.
  8. I accept that I will fill in above five forms and will submit as supplemantary files together with my short paper.
